    Credit & Debit cards, Cash, and official payment systems in each respective country

  • What currency do you use

    We accept USD and Rands – other local currencies are accepted on a case by case situation

  • Can I purchase a System from where I live

    You can purchase solar systems from where ever you live – please check if the program is in your country before intiating a purchase. Currently we cover Southern African countries – Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe

  • Are refunds allowed

    Our products are North American and carry 2 – 10 years warranty. There is a commitment on all parties with incurred expenses

  • How long does it take from start to finish

    This is a case by case situation – on average it takes 15 – 30 days to complete a project
